Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2009

If you or not satisfied with any product, you are entitled to initiate a Refund for the product price only by contacing PT Woody at sales@ptwoody.com or 800-447-8410 or by postal mail to PT Woody, 164 Grand Avenue, Mount Clemens, MI 48043. Item must be returned at the buyers expense with insurance and a tracking number. We do not refund after the period of 10 days from purchase date.

2CO Return Policy
If, in the event there is a dispute between a Customer and a Supplier regarding a Return or Cancellation 2CO resolves to use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the Customer inquiry or complaint in a manner that is acceptable to Customer, Supplier and 2CO. To this end, 2CO reserves the right to issue a Refund or Cancellation without the knowledge or consent of Supplier in any case 2CO deems appropriate. Supplier’s Account will be debited by 2CO in an appropriate amount for any such Refund and 2CO shall attempt to obtain the return of any Goods.

PT Woody reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
